We acted for a leading online display advertising network providing terms and conditions for both advertisers and publishers.
Web-based Toy Retailer
We structured and created all the relevant documentation to enable a foreign based toy retailer to set up a UK-based operation including terms and conditions and advice on the Distance Selling Regulations.
Domain Name Disputes
Recent disputes in which we have been instructed and obtained transfers of domain names for our clients include Sussexsafetywear.co.uk, wessexmachinery.co.uk. We also successfully resisted proceedings on behalf of our client under the UDRP in Brahakumaris.info.
