2. Common domain name problems
We cannot cover every type of domain name dispute in this introduction to our services. However, you may find the Weblaw Typical Domain Name dispute page useful.
3. Domain name background information
In all domain name dispute cases, background information is vital. You need to know when the registration was made, by whom, if there are associated registered trademarks and how long the website has been active. Although precedent is not binding in the Domain Name Dispute Resolution services offered by different registrars, it may be instructive to see if the other party has a history of such activities and what gudance can be obtained from past decisions.
