This detailed template virtualisation agreement reflects the growing trend to outsourced managed services. We have created a virtual services template which maps this process including provisions for the provision of a virtual environment whereby almost all hardware and software requirements are outsourced. The virtual services contract covers matters such as “Backup Services”, “Disaster Recovery Services”, “Migration Services” (including decommissioning of existing servers and transfer of applications to Virtual Servers).
